About sports massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage therapy which utilises hands-on deep tissue techniques to manipulate the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the body with the aim of reducing muscular tension, discomfort and pain. Although sports participants benefit greatly from sports massage, this method of massage isn’t beneficial only to them, as the deep tissue massage techniques can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions, such as:
